Casa Akai and Casa La Vida stand a short walk apart in La Punta Estates. Book them together and up to thirty-two of you share fourteen suites, three heated pools and two private chefs — for retreats, reunions and the big birthdays.
A group of twenty or more often ends up split between hotel rooms and separate houses. The La Punta Pair keeps everyone together: two oceanfront villas in the same estate, inside the same 24-hour gate, booked for one group of up to 28, or 32 with small children.
Casa Akai is the social one, with a rooftop bar, a cinema, a pub and two heated pools. Casa La Vida is the calm one, with a long infinity pool, arched terraces and a garden pavilion among the palms. Everyone gets a suite with its own bathroom, evenings can end together at Casa Akai, and each house keeps its own chef and full staff.

Same estate, same oceanfront, a short walk apart. Each villa keeps its own staff and kitchen, so the group can be together all day and still have somewhere quiet to go.

Big groups split up by day and come back together for dinner. From La Punta Estates the golfers are minutes from two Jack Nicklaus courses, the beach crowd from the Kupuri and Sufi beach clubs, and the surfers from the breaks around the point.
From roughly November to April humpback whales come into the Bay of Banderas, and the concierge can charter boats for the whole group to watch them, or to cross to the Marietas Islands.

The Pacifico and Bahia courses by Jack Nicklaus, tee times booked by the concierge.

Surfing and paddle boarding in the waters around the point, a short ride away.
Each villa comes with an executive chef and kitchen team, so a group of up to 28, or 32 with small children, is cooked for three times a day without a caterer: breakfast in each house, then lunch and dinner together, at one table or two.
Menus are planned with you before arrival, around dietary needs, a working lunch, a birthday dinner or a barbecue by the pool. Groceries and drinks are charged at cost.

Groceries and drinks are charged at cost against a deposit of US$180 per person per day, collected in advance; any balance is returned at the end of the stay.
Both villas come fully staffed, from 8 am to 10 pm, with later evenings on request. One Villa Experience advisor coordinates the two teams, so the group deals with one person from first message to checkout.
One per house, each running its team and your days on the ground.
Airport transfers for the group, tee times, boats, massages and tables in town.
Drinks by the pools, tables laid in either house, the day kept moving quietly.
Three meals a day for the whole group, planned around everyone's needs.
Daily housekeeping in both villas and complimentary laundry.
Maintenance teams on site and La Punta Estates' 24-hour gated entrance.
Fourteen suites of similar standard mean nobody draws the short straw, and two houses mean there is always a quiet room for a call, a nap or a massage.

Work sessions in the morning, golf or the beach in the afternoon, one dinner for the team. Wi-Fi and backup power in both houses, a cinema at Casa Akai and long tables for twenty.

Open lawns above the bay for morning yoga, three heated pools, and a yoga instructor, private trainer and massages arranged in the villa. Menus planned around the programme.

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries and friends' trips: sunset drinks on the rooftop bar, a long dinner under the palapa, then the pub. Musicians and themed dinners arranged.

Grandparents, cousins and children under one gate: a lift and a shallow second pool at Casa Akai, cribs and high chairs ready, and every suite with its own bathroom.

Each villa's chef serves breakfast on its own terrace, while the early risers swim or stretch on the lawn.

Golfers on the Nicklaus courses, the beach club crowd at Kupuri, the rest by the pools — then a long late lunch under the arches.
